Shipments and Returns

The Eshop gives you the possibility of sending your order through the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA) and courier services.

In case of difficulties in the execution of the order (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to confirm to us if you wish to complete your order.


Orders within Greece are delivered in 3 to 10 working days.


Delivery of orders outside Greece can take from 5 working days to 2-3 weeks, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Please note that the delivery time of international orders may vary depending on the post office and customs of the country of delivery, which may hold packages for a long time before releasing them.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to any additional charges that may arise from taxes and duties during the customs clearance process. Mediterraneo is not responsible for the payment of these charges.


The “Eshop” gives the customer the possibility to return defective products of his/her order within 30 days from the day he/she received it for a product replacement or a refund. Returns are only accepted if the items are returned in perfect condition in their packaging and accompanied by the proof of purchase. Returns are registered by sending an email to [email protected]

Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card with which the purchase was made. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the products from our office.

In the event of any defect, the customer can notify the company either by phone (+30 28310 21440) or by e-mail ([email protected] ) stating the defect of the product.
